XAT is conducted by Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, and is widely accepted by more than 150 B-schools across India.

XAT assesses candidates in sections like Verbal and Logical Ability, Decision Making, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation, and General Knowledge.

XAT is known for its unique sections, particularly Decision Making, which evaluates candidates' managerial aptitude. Many top-tier B-schools, including XLRI and XIMB, consider XAT scores for admissions.
