AYUSH NEET UG Counselling 2024: Round 1 Registration and Choice Filling Open…
The AACCC NEET UG counseling for AIQ seats will be conducted in six rounds: AIQ rounds 1, 2, and 3, followed by three stray vacancy rounds. The stray vacancy rounds will be held for general seats, deemed universities, and any remaining seats.
The AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has begun registrations for the first round of NEET UG 2024 counseling for Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy courses (AYUSH). Eligible candidates can register on the official website aaccc.gov.in from August 28th until September 2nd.
The registration window coincides with the choice filling period, allowing candidates to register and submit their preferred colleges and courses between August 29th and September 2nd. The choice locking facility will be available from 2 pm on September 2nd and will close at 11:55 pm on the same day.
This counseling process is crucial for securing admission to undergraduate programs in Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), and Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS).
The round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on September 5, while registration for AYUSH counselling round 2 and round 3 will be from September 18 and October 9 respectively.
AACCC NEET UG counseling for the AIQ seats will be held in six rounds — AIQ round 1, AIQ round 2, AIQ round 3, stray vacancy round 1, stray vacancy round 2 and stray vacancy round for deemed universities.
There will be no fresh registration and choice filing in the second stray vacancy round. The choices filled during first stray vacancy round will be considered for allotment in stray vacancy round 2.
After the 3rd round, vacant seats of deemed universities and a list of eligible registered candidates will be forwarded to the deemed universities on November 12 for conducting an online stray vacancy round through the AACCC-UG portal. Eligible candidates who have not registered till round 3 and wish to participate in the stray vacancy round for deemed universities can also register during stray vacancy round 1.
