The Directorate of Medical Education, Tripura has started the choice-filling process for Tripura NEET UG 2024 counselling. Registered candidates can now select their preferred college and course on the official website at dmeonline.tripura.gov.in. Candidates must note that the deadline to fill choices is till August 27, 2024 at 12 noon.

It may be noted that the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Tripura provided a 24-hour window on August 23 for candidates to review and update their documents until 3 PM. During this period, candidates could review the documents they had submitted and make necessary modifications.
Originally, the choice-filling window was scheduled to open on August 23, 2024. After the choice-filling process, seats will be allocated based on the NEET UG merit list and reservation criteria. Candidates will then have the option to accept or decline the allotted seat. If they accept, they will need to download the provisional allotment letter from the official website.
If candidates do not wish to proceed with the seat allotted to them, they can participate in the subsequent counselling rounds, which are likely to be conducted by DME Tripura.
After the seat allocation, candidates will need to report to the institutions with the required documents for verification. This process will include the verification of the NEET UG score and other credentials.
