SJMSOM IIT Bombay

IIT Bombay created its management school in 1995 with the goal of developing professionals with technology backgrounds into tomorrow's "Renaissance Leaders" to foster interdisciplinary learning and stay up with the changing environment. The school was renamed Shailesh J Mehta School of Management in honour of Dr. Shailesh J. Mehta, a prominent alumnus of IIT Bombay and a major supporter to the institution, in the year 2000. By leveraging on the diverse intellectual resources of IIT Bombay and providing an outstanding and creative programme in management education, the School of Management is already leading the way in educating its graduates to adapt to emerging challenges.
