Tirumala Medical Academy  today, is a knowledge powerhouse and a brand name in higher education. Over Twelve years ago, one man, Dr Parameshwar Reddy , had a vision which ensured that everything he did then, was consigned to posterity, making sure that generation after generation of students enjoy the fruits of his labour till eternity in this place. And the students will, forever, have one name on their lips, that of Tirumala .  Tirumala Medical Academy  is a name to remember, not just across the length and breadth of India, but worldwide. The fact that students from Tirumala  are placed in the best Hospitals and Institutions around the World , is a testimony to its fame. Fired by the desire to provide health care and other essential services to the people of this region Dr Reddy Started with a health care center in Armoor , then an idea of providing health care training led to the birth of TMA . He turned the wilderness into a sanctuary of education. In 2001, he set up Tirumala College of Nursing ,Under the wing of TMA the first private Nursing  college in the voluntary sector. And, with that began the story of TMA. Then, in coming years  came the Physiotherapy, Pharmacy,General Nursing , MSc Nursing , Lab technology and  the latest Addition to the TMA cap is the Tirumala Engineering College .
